The Personal Invites program is a great opportunity to reach the customers and prospects you want to meet at your exhibit — and it’s a FREE service! The SAWC Fall is offering you the opportunity to send customized invitations to your email list without sharing your email list at any time.
HTML Email Invitations
Send a customized SAWC HTML invitation to your best customers and prospects. You can customize the email invitation with your company logo, booth number, and a link to your website. This promotion is free to all SAWC exhibitors.
You can request an HTML invitation by completing the online form. This form will give you the option of uploading your list so that we can send the blast for you, or requesting an HTML to send yourself. Please include your company logo, company name, booth number, website address and which email design you would like. The HTML file will be emailed to you ready to send out to your customers and prospects.
It’s an easy, four-step process.
1. Upload your confidential customer and prospect email address for us to send your eblast or simply request that we send you the HTML file to send yourself. (Note: your list is 100% secure — it will not be shared with anyone, not even SAWC Fall 2012.)
Get your customer and email list(s) ready to upload into your exhibitor invites account. The system provides you with two options to upload your list: (1) auto-upload tab delimited file, or (2) submit an Excel file.
Your list is secure. No exhibitor list will be rented, sold, or used for any other purpose, not even by show management.
Each list you upload into your exhibitor invites account requires that you acknowledge that you are in compliance with the Federal CAN SPAM ACT. The message below will appear each time you upload a new list.

Please confirm that the email list you have submitted on behalf of your company is comprised of customers and prospects with which your company has a prior business relationship, and that you are aware of the regulations and requirements of the Federal CAN SPAM ACT. 2. Select from html email templates that we’ve designed to send to an unlimited number of your customers and prospects, offering them customized information about your company, and a friendly reminder to stop by your booth.

3. Insert your company name, logo, booth number, and customized message – and we will send you a test email to approve. You can send this email blast to your list as many times as you wish before show time. It’s that easy.
