SAWC Abstract Submission

SAWC Fall Abstracts

The SAWC Fall 2012 abstract submission site is now closed.

Abstracts for SAWC Fall (September 12 – 14, 2012, Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, MD) are currently undergoing a blind, peer-review by our judges. 

Abstract submitters will be notified of acceptance or rejection via email the week of July 9th.  This email will be sent to the main contact identified in the abstract submission.  Please do not inquire about that status of your submission before that time, as no further information will be available. 

Attendance

Please note that acceptance of the abstract by the review committee obligates the author to be present. If circumstances prevent attendance, the author must arrange for the poster to be presented given by a substitute, preferably a co-author.

Future abstract submission dates:

The SAWC abstract submission process for Spring 2013 will begin on Monday, September 17, 2012 and will close at 11:59 PM ET on Monday, December 17^th.  Stay tuned!
