Affiliate Meeting Space Request Form
There are a limited number of meeting rooms are available and can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis from November 1-4, 2023. Please submit one request per meeting room/per day. All requests must be approved by SAWC Management.
You may reserve a meeting room for a half-day (up to 4 hours) or a full-day. Times available for half-day meetings are: 7:00 am-11:00 am; 8:00 am-12:00 pm; 9:00 am-1:00 pm; 12:00 pm-4:00 pm; 1:00 pm-5:00 pm; 2:00 pm-6:00 pm. If reserving a meeting room for a full-day, you may choose your start and end time at your discretion.
The following fees will apply per meeting room/per day.
Half-day (up to 4 hours) = $900
Full-day = $1,500
NOTE: Meeting space is held for exhibiting companies. Requests from non-exhibiting companies will be at the discretion of SAWC Management.
